MailChimp and Constant Contact are the two programs I have used. They are both excellent for different reasons. I like MailChimp for its friendly feel and inexpensive usage. 0-2,000 subscribers in your database is free (forever free, as they call it). I like Constant Contact for their template selection. Using a professional template allows your designer to personalize it with your brand and saves you valuable time and money.
